Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

Overview

All products from USE I.T are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

Because we work with print-on-demand production, we do not hold inventory and we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, wrong color selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

We will always take responsibility for manufacturing defects, damaged items, incorrect products, or fulfillment errors.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please include:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the issue or defect
- A photo of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

- A free replacement
- A reprint of the affected item
- A refund, when applicable

In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.

2. Wrong Size, Wrong Color or Change of Mind

Since every product is made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Changing your mind after purchase
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference-based reasons, such as fit, style, or personal taste

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the product measurements before purchasing.

3. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and, when applicable, work with our fulfillment partner to offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier when the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may offer to reship the order after the customer confirms the correct address.

Additional shipping costs may apply.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

For security reasons, we may not be able to manually change the shipping address after an order has been placed. In some cases, the safest option is to cancel and refund the order so the customer can place a new order with the correct address.

5. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or not collected by the customer, we may offer to reship it.

Additional shipping costs may apply.

Unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.

6. Order Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after purchase.

If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it.

If the order is already in production or has been fulfilled, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

8. Return Address

Please do not send any products back without contacting us first.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. The return address may vary depending on the fulfillment facility that processed your order.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

9. Final Notes

We stand behind the quality of our products and will always correct genuine production or fulfillment issues.

However, because our products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes, color choices, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
