Welcome to USE I.T.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features, and related services.
Throughout these Terms, “USE I.T,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to USE IT LLC, operating under the trade name USE I.T.
By accessing our website, using our Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Our online store is hosted through Shopify and may rely on third-party production, fulfillment, payment, shipping, analytics, and technology providers.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
By using our Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the legal age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide information that is:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not impersonate another person, provide fraudulent information, or use payment information without authorization.
2. Made to Order Products
Most USE I.T products are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because we operate primarily through a print on demand model, we generally do not maintain traditional inventory of finished products.
This means that production may begin shortly after checkout and that certain changes, cancellations, exchanges, or returns may not be possible once production begins.
Our Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy forms part of these Terms and explains the circumstances in which refunds, replacements, reprints, or other remedies may be available.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, measurements, specifications, and other information accurately.
However, minor variations may occur because of:
• Screen and device settings
• Manufacturing processes
• Printing methods
• Fabric characteristics
• Product batches
• Fulfillment location
• Photography and lighting
Colors displayed on your screen may not exactly match the physical product.
Garment sizing may also vary between different product models.
Some products may have a relaxed, oversized, boxy, fitted, or otherwise different cut.
Customers should review the size guide and any sizing notices displayed on the product page before purchasing.
Minor production variations do not automatically constitute a defect.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law.
4. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
• Payment failure
• Suspected fraud
• Pricing errors
• Product availability
• Address problems
• Technical errors
• Unauthorized transactions
• Violation of these Terms
An order confirmation does not necessarily mean production has already started.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
5. Order Changes
Requests to change:
• Size
• Color
• Product
• Quantity
• Design
• Shipping address
must be submitted as soon as possible.
Changes are not guaranteed after checkout.
For security reasons, we may refuse to manually change a shipping address after an order is placed.
Where possible, we may instead cancel the original order and ask the customer to place a new order using the correct information.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, address changes are generally no longer possible.
6. Order Cancellations
Because products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as quickly as possible.
If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order.
Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that production can be stopped.
7. Prices
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted.
Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, and special campaigns may have separate terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, or eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be converted into cash.
We reserve the right to correct clear pricing or technical errors.
If a significant pricing error affects an order, we may cancel the order and issue any applicable refund.
8. Payments
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The information provided is accurate
• The payment transaction is lawful
Orders may be subject to fraud screening or additional verification.
We may cancel or temporarily hold an order if we reasonably believe that a transaction may be unauthorized or fraudulent.
Never send us your full credit card number, password, security code, or other sensitive authentication information by email.
9. Taxes, Customs and Import Charges
Depending on your location, taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout.
International shipments may also be subject to:

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
USE I.T does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities.
10. Shipping
Shipping times shown on our website are estimates.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Delivery dates may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:
• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Customs processing
• International transportation
• Local delivery conditions
• Incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond our reasonable control
A delay alone does not automatically entitle an order to a refund.
If tracking indicates a significant delivery issue, please contact us so we can investigate.
11. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully verify:
• Street address
• Apartment or unit number
• City
• State or province
• Postal code
• Country
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package may be delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be reshipped because of customer-provided address information.
12. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery is handled by independent shipping carriers.
Tracking information may be provided when available.
Risk of loss, responsibility for delivery, and customer remedies will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost in transit, customers should contact us promptly.
Claims relating to packages believed to be lost should generally be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We may investigate the shipment with our fulfillment or shipping partners.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost and qualifies under our policy, we may provide a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate solution.
14. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking indicates that an order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, you should first:
• Check around the delivery location
• Check with household members
• Check with neighbors when appropriate
• Check reception areas or parcel lockers
• Contact the local carrier
A package marked as successfully delivered does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
We will review such situations individually when contacted.
15. Returned, Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
Packages may be returned because they were:
• Refused
• Unclaimed
• Not collected
• Undeliverable
• Sent to an incorrect address
• Returned after failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned, we may offer reshipment.
Additional shipping costs may apply.
Returned, refused, or unclaimed packages do not automatically qualify for refunds.
16. Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Our Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds solely because of:
• Wrong size selection
• Wrong color selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Personal fit preference
• Style preference
We will review legitimate claims involving:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect items
• Printing errors
• Fulfillment errors

17. Size and Fit
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing.
If a customer believes that an item was manufactured outside the expected size specifications, we may request photographs and measurements.
Measurements may need to include:
• Size label
• Chest width
• Body length
• Product laid flat
An item that matches the applicable product specifications is not considered defective solely because the fit differs from the customer's personal expectations.
18. Washed, Worn or Altered Products
If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before intentionally modifying it whenever reasonably possible.
This includes:
• Intentional shrinking
• Cutting
• Tailoring
• Altering
• Excessive washing or drying intended to change dimensions
Changes caused after delivery may affect our ability to determine whether an original manufacturing defect existed.
19. Multiple Shipments
Products from the same order may sometimes be fulfilled from different facilities.
As a result, a single order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing.
Please review all available tracking information.
20. Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification
To protect customers and our business, we may request additional verification in situations involving:
• Address change requests
• Suspicious payment activity
• Conflicting customer information
• High-risk transactions
• Requests made from a different email address
• Potential unauthorized purchases
We may cancel an order when necessary to reduce the risk of fraud or payment disputes.
21. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you experience a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
If a dispute or chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment provider, card issuer, PayPal, Shopify, or other relevant parties with information necessary to respond to the dispute, including:

Shopify provides ecommerce technology and related services but does not manufacture or sell USE I.T products to customers.

We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies, or practices.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion and risk.
